Mayor of San Juan recognizes the API during the celebration of its 2022 Biennial Meeting

On November 7 and 8, 2022, the Biennial Meeting of the Pan-American Academy of Engineering (API) was held in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with the assistance of renowned engineering professionals from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, the United States, Spain, Switzerland and Puerto Rico.

Because of its great importance, the event was recognized by the head of the city council of the capital of Puerto Rico, the honorable Miguel Romero, as well as by all the elected members of the House of Representatives of that Caribbean country.

The API Biennial was entitled “Education and engineering development to mitigate damage from natural disasters, design and build resilient works and mitigate the impact of climate change” and was held at the theater of the College of Engineers and Surveyors of Puerto Rico.
