Biographical Data

Engineer specialized in Public and Industrial Works and Construction Systems linked to reinforced concrete technology, with a focus on Productivity and Quality. President of Dall'Acqua Engenharia, Incorporações e Construços Ltda. As founding partner and President, he is the technical responsible for all the works carried out and carried out by the company since its founding in 1968 until today, having produced: 486 industrial and commercial works; 1,900,000 m3 of poured concrete; 2,200,000 m2 of built surface; 28 agro-industrial complexes for silos, warehouses and refineries, consisting of 1,580,000 tons of cereals stored in built silos; 8,648 apartments and social housing; 46 residential and commercial buildings.
President of the Pan-American Union of Engineering Associations: member of IE - São Paulo Institute of Engineering, President from 1997 to 2001; FEBRAE - Brazilian Federation of Engineering Associations; FMOI - Organization of the World Federation of Engineers; C E C - Civil Engineering Center of the Polytechnic School of USP; AAAP - Polytechnic Academic Athletic Association; IPT - Technological Research Institute of São Paulo.
He is the author of a large number of published technical and economic articles. He gave numerous lectures on topics related to engineering and the participation of engineers as a fundamental element in the formation of society and the development of countries.
He has several national and international awards and recognitions, such as Outstanding Personality in Engineering, as well as awards and medals received from governmental bodies in Brazil and other countries for his work and leadership in engineering activities in favor of economic and social activities, citing the most relevant: Pedro de Toledo Medal — Heroes of the Constitutionalist Revolution of 1932; Medal of the Brazilian Academy of Art History; Medal of Honor VDI — Verein Deutscher Ingenieure; Medal of SINICESP — Union of the São Paulo's Heavy Construction Industry.
