Biographical Data
He is a Civil Engineer who graduated from UNAM in 1960.
He has a specialization in public administration at the University of Alcalá de Henares, culminating in 1963.
He is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Engineering of the UNAM. He is a Senior Academician of the Academy of Engineering of Mexico.
For eight years he was Planning and Development Coordinator of the Faculty of Engineering of the UNAM.
