Biographical Data
The engineer Guillermo Guerrero Villalobos graduated from the Higher School of Engineering and Architecture of the National Polytechnic Institute.
His contributions to national life include the Federal Palace of Justice, the Palacio de los Deportes, Plaza Satelite, the Technological Museum of the Federal Electricity Commission and the modernization of Mexico City's deep drainage system.
He has participated in the federal government, the academic sector and the extinct Department of the Federal District.
Before politicians from various parties, engineers, architects and economists, Guerrero Villalobos received a medal and a diploma, which accredits him as the winner of the 2007 National Civil Engineering Award.
