Advisor to the Directorate of Funded Investment Projects, Federal Electricity Commission. Engineering, Hydraulics, Electrical and Mechanical Projects, Maintenance, Quality, Programming. He has been Director of Industrial Engineering at IPESA Consultores. Head of Maintenance of the Mining Development Commission. General Director of Comercial de Alta Tecnologia, S.A. de C.V. Project Director of the Cutzamala System and the Linares Monterrey System. Advisor to the Undersecretary of Parastatal Industries of SEMIP. Director of Operations of the United Shipyards of Mexico. President and Founder of the Mexican Maintenance Society, A.C. Mexico.
Member of the Mexican Maintenance Society, A.C.; of the Association of University Mechanical Electrical Engineers; of the Mexican Union of Engineering Associations.
Professor of Electromechanical Installations at the Faculty of Engineering, UNAM. Coordinator and Generator of the Diplomas in Maintenance Administration and Maintenance Management. Coordinator of the Diploma Course in Maintenance Management for the Mexican Army and Air Force.
