Project Director of the Cutzamala System and the Linares Monterrey System. Advisor to the Undersecretary of Parastatal Industries of SEMIP. Director of Operations of the United Shipyards of Mexico. President and Founder of the Mexican Maintenance Society, A.C. Mexico.

Member of the Mexican Maintenance Society, A.C.; of the Association of University Mechanical Electrical Engineers; of the Mexican Union of Engineering Associations.
