José Domingo Pérez Muñiz

Graduated in Civil Engineering in 1971 from the Georgia Institute of Technology (USA)

Graduated from the Board of Examining Architects and Surveyors, Department of State of Puerto Rico; he was born in San Juan and lives in Guaynabo.

Prominent in the design, restoration and construction of a wide range of works. He chairs CARIBE TECNO, Inc., a prestigious construction firm, with which he has developed and built monumental and emblematic projects that have been awarded nationally and internationally, such as hospitals, stadiums, coliseums, urban train buildings, tourist piers, office and industrial buildings, extensive parks and urban spaces, thousands of individual and multifamily housing units, from social interest to luxury units.
