Biographical Data
Senior project director at HNTB Corporation and renowned world-class engineer, expert in geotechnical engineering and infrastructure project management. He earned his degree in civil engineering from the University of Madras and his doctorate in civil engineering from Texas Tech University.
He has consistently led billion-dollar infrastructure programs in the United States and Canada. In 2020, he served as president of the American Society of Civil Engineers, an organization that represents more than 150,000 engineers worldwide.
He is also actively involved in the World Federation of Engineering Organizations in a variety of capacities. He brings to the Pan-American Academy of Engineering extensive international experience both in the technical field and in leadership.
