Law degree, Jones Law Scholl, 1969. President, Engineering of Direct Measurements Inc.; President, American Society of Mechanical Engineers; President of Global Risk Managers, Inc. Retired as Reserve Colonel of the U.S. Army. Department of State with the Corps of Engineers. He has been a Professional Consultant and has done business with private companies and governments in Iran, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Mexico, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua, Belize, Hong Kong, Tajikistan, Singapore, Indonesia, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Cameroon. Founder and director of several engineering companies with clients around the world.

Member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers ASME; ASEE American Society for Engineering Education; AIAA Associate Member American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Member of the National Society of Professional Engineers NSPE; AAES American Association of Engineering Societies; Sigma Xi, Pi Tau Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi.

Individual author together with other specialists of 150 publications on topics of Bioengineering, Heat Transfer, Fluid Flow, Propulsion, Hypersonic Flow with Radiation, Heat Transfer, Missiles, Thermal Conductivity and Energy Systems included in books, transactions, minutes, journals, journals, such as: International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer, ASME Journal of Heat Transfer, Journal of Reproduction and Fertility, ASHRAE, and more than 100 conferences and communications presented in colloquiums, seminars, courses, open forums, round tables in different countries. He has advised on 11 Ph.D. grant programs and 22 MS grant programs.
