Rodolfo E. Biasca

Industrial Engineer and Doctor of Business Administration. He studied at the universities of Buenos Aires, Stanford, California (Berkeley), Harvard, Pennsylvania (Wharton), Northwestern (Kellogg), Columbia, New York and Minnesota. He took courses in Japan (AOTS), France (INSEAD) and Germany.

Business Consultant. President of Biasca & Associates Inc. (Denver, Colorado, USA); company dedicated to advising and training American companies with Hispanic personnel. President of R.Biasca & Asociados, an Argentinian consulting firm specialized in business change, created in 1976. Member of the Valuation Research Group. He advised 66 companies directly. He worked as an “expert” on United Nations projects.

He was General Manager of Intermetra Corporation (New York, USA); General Manager of the Insurance Company La Franco Argentina; Director of Via Lorenz. He was also Manager of Bagley y Cia., Gillette of Argentina and Systems Engineer of Siemens Argentina and Siemens AG (Germany).

University professor of undergraduate, postgraduate, distance education and extension at 19 Argentine universities and at 22 universities in other Ibero-American countries. Former Vice Dean at the University of Belgrano (Argentina). He gave more than 450 management training seminars and conferences in Argentina and 19 other countries (Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, USA and Venezuela). Conducted 70 internal training programs at companies.
